Every project normally follows the same process. We’ll begin with a chat, either by phone, email, or even an in-person meeting to discuss your project details. This preliminary meeting will go over all your ideas, inspiration, budget and deadlines. Afterwards, work begins on your design and you will be sent a digital presentation with design concepts along with an estimated quote for each concept. Once we determine the design direction you want, a 50% deposit is required.* Throughout the design process you will receive your stationery proofs in digital format via email. I will work with you until you are completely satisfied with your design and all coordinating stationery pieces. Upon approval of the final design, the remainder of the balance is due before the printing process begins. Production times will vary depending on printing processes, for example letterpress and foil-stamping will require longer production times than digital printing.
*All payment processing is through PayPal where you can pay using your credit card, debit card, or with your Paypal account balance. Paypal is 100% secure, we never even see your payment or credit card information. You do not need to create a Paypal account to pay if you are using a credit or debit card.
The Collection are semi-customizable wedding templates. This process is more streamlined than with custom work as all of the major design work has already been done. Simply choose the template you would like customized and then get in touch regarding the changes you’d like made. After our initial conversation, a 50% deposit is required before customization begins. Once the deposit is received, I’ll get to work changing the details on your suite and send you multiple e-proofs until we get the details right. The remainder of the balance will be due before printing and delivery.
Each template is completely customizable. The designs you see and accompanying pieces we recommend for the set, but we can absolutely adjust and customize to what best fits your needs and style. For example, if you are offering an online response only option, you won't need a RSVP envelope for your set, or we could omit the details card from a package if you don’t need it. The only area that wouldn’t be completely customizable is the overall design of each piece, as work has been done already to create an optimal design layout thereby reducing the design fee for these pieces.
Once your invitations are mailed, we can start focusing on pieces that are needed for the event itself. These are items like programs, escort cards or seating charts, menus, favor tags, thank you cards and more. All of these items can be designed to meet your event’s needs, and will be designed in the same style as your invitation and event décor. I can work closely with your event coordinator to make sure your materials are cohesive and to allow you to focus on other things.
