  • WHEN SHOULD I SEND INVITATIONS?
    Typically you send your invitations 4-5 months in advance of your event. Save the Dates are typically sent out 8-12 months before the event. Your reply date is typically one month before your event. But of course we can work with whatever your deadlines are.

  • WHEN SHOULD WE BEGIN THE DESIGN PROCESS WITH YOU?
    We’d love to start discussing your invitations about 3 months before your mailing date. We will accept rush orders when possible; rush fees may apply. Typically our turnaround time for custom work is 4-6 weeks and 2-3 weeks for semi-custom work; however, many factors can come into play when it comes to the timelines. As mentioned above, letterpress and foil-stamping designs take longer than digital printing. This will all be discussed in detail during our first meeting once we establish your budget and deadlines.

  • IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER?
    Yes. In order to keep printing costs low, the minimum order for flat printing is 25 for most items, unless otherwise listed (for example real wood pieces have a minimum of 50). You can order in any increment for each piece as long as it is over the minimum.

  • WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
    TEXTURE does not accept returns or issue refunds for items that have been approved by the customer for printing. For this reason, nothing is printed until you have given approval of your digital proof.

  • CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
    Any orders that are cancelled prior to giving print approval will be refunded with a cancellation fee of $200. This is to compensate for the work and time involved in preparing your e-proofs & designs. If your order is less than $200, the cancellation fee is 50% of the order total. Orders that have already been approved for print and gone into production and are not eligible for cancellation or a refund.

  • WHAT IF I FIND AN ERROR ON MY PRINTS?
    If an error is found on printed items and also shown on the approved proof, the customer is responsible for any charges incurred for reprints. This is why it is vital that you proofread carefully. If an error is found that is the fault of TEXTURE and is not shown on the approved proof, please notify us within 5 days of when the package has been delivered to you. Please inspect your stationery immediately upon delivery. If an error is not reported within 5 days, TEXTURE reserves the right to charge accordingly for reprints, regardless of which party is at fault.

  • DO YOU PROVIDE OTHER GRAPHIC DESIGN SERVICES?
    Absolutely! Invitations are the core focus of TEXTURE, but we also offer full-service design from branding, identity, packaging and print.
